Ocker is a 70-foot traditional stern narrow boat built by G.T. Boat Builders, built in 1997 and powered by a Lister FR3 with Blackstone gear box. Layout from the rear comprises of a traditional boatman’s cabin with drop down cross bed (double), side bed and drop-down table. Heating in this area of the boat is provided by a traditional Epping solid fuel range. Forward of this is the engine room, which houses the 3-cylinder Lister Freedom range engine with Lister Blackstone gearbox. Following this is the spacious double bathroom with hip bath and shower over, Mansfield Traveller pump out toilet and vanity basin. Next is the spacious double bedroom with double bed, full height wardrobe and corner dressing table. This leads into the well equipped and galley with Vanette hob, grill and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, stainless steel sink/drainer and ample work top and cupboard storage space. At the front of the boat is the large saloon with glazed doors that open out onto the well deck. The saloon is fitted with a Morso Squirrel stove with a back boiler which heats radiators throughout the boat, cupboards each side of the front doors, television and a sofa bed. Many extras including washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Boat Safety Certificate until March 2027. Ocker has previously been used as a live aboard.
